Please note we use Ice clay - this is frozen clay which takes your body from hot to cold to enhance, tighten and tone the skin.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellation Fee: Failure to cancel or reschedule within the specified timeframe will result in a charge equivalent to the full price of the appointment. In such cases, we may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion. However, we kindly request that you inform us of any changes to your appointment schedule as soon as possible. Repeated Cancellations: Clients who repeatedly fail to cancel or reschedule appointments within the designated timeframe may be subject to additional fees or limitations on future bookings.
