Cancellation Fee: Failure to cancel or reschedule within the specified timeframe will result in a charge equivalent to the full price of the appointment. In such cases, we may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion. However, we kindly request that you inform us of any changes to your appointment schedule as soon as possible. Repeated Cancellations: Clients who repeatedly fail to cancel or reschedule appointments within the designated timeframe may be subject to additional fees or limitations on future bookings.
